Each chicken fillet is hand trimmed by our butchers ensuring all skin and bones are removed.
The chicken fillet is the cut horizontally, stopping before you cut all the way through. This makes the chicken breast an even thickness and will be quicker to cook.
Perfect for the BBQ.

Our chicken breasts are between 200-230g in weight.
