Orange & Honey Glazed Ham

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1  x 3 ½ KG (8 LB) Cooked Whole Unsmoked Gammon
  • 2 x Tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 Cup Runny Honey

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 165C.  Stir the orange juice, cinnamon, cloves and honey together in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Place the gammon in a shallow roasting pan.  Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Remove the gammon from the oven, and baste with the honey glaze.  Return to the oven and continue cooking the gammon until the the internal temperature is 70c approx 45 minutes longer.  Baste occasionally as the gammon finishes baking
