by our fully qualified team of Butchers, using only the finest quality
local pork and cooked by our experienced chefs.
Then scored and smothered in clear honey and brown sugar, roasted to achieve the perfect finish, ensuring the sweet taste is melted into the ham.
The ham is available as a Half and Whole Joint, packed and served ready to eat.
