All of our Bacon & Gammon products are produced on site here at Pepperell's using only the finest quality Outdoor Reared Pork.

We cure our meat in a traditional way as we believe this is the way to produce the perfect mix of flavour and quality.

We smoke our Bacon & Gammon in our on site smokehouse over beech wood chips to achieve the best smokey flavour possible!
