Bacon & Gammon

All of our Gammon and Bacon is cured here at Redenhall.

The Legs/Loins are sourced from Blythburgh Free Range Pork and cured the old fashioned way in Brine.  After so many days they are taken out of the brine and either left as unsmoked Gammon/Bacon or Smoked in our in-house Smoke Room using woodchips to produce that special flavour.
